Night Care Team Leader :
Pay rate : £14.60 per hour + paid breaks.
Hours : Full & Part Time - Every other weekend off.
Required : NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or Working Towards (or equivalent)
Start Time - 19.45hrs to 08.00am .
We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Team Leader to join the TEAM at Buxton House our purpose-built, friendly, social, residential and dementia care home, located near the historic Jurassic Coast in Weymouth, Dorset.

What you will be doing:
- Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
- Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
- Administration of medication to residents
- Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families
- Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's

You’ll have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
